1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Payment terms, cancellation policy, and rescheduling options will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Session Conduct

All sessions involving children must be attended by a parent or legal guardian. The child's comfort and wellbeing take priority at all times. We reserve the right to end a session early if a child is distressed.

3. Image Delivery

Edited images and films will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to select and edit images at our creative discretion.

4. Copyright & Usage

All images and films remain the intellectual property of TOTZZI unless otherwise agreed in writing. Personal use licences are granted with every session. Commercial usage requires a separate agreement.

5. Portfolio & Marketing Use

We will only use images from your session for our portfolio, website, or social media with your explicit written consent. You may opt out at any time.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined at the time of booking. We understand that children can be unpredictable and will always work with you to find a solution.

7. Liability

While we take every care during sessions, TOTZZI is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during a session. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children.
